Returns and Exchanges Information
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date
- Items must be unwashed and not altered in any way in order to be accepted
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return not due to an incorrect or damaged item; however, we will ship your replacement at no additional change.

If there is a problem with a product or an error on your order, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call +40 751 257 854 and we will assist you. If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
To Complete a Return Form
Return forms are included with your shipment. Please return this completed form with item(s) you are returning. Send the items in the original packaging (or a different packaging, as long as it’s unmarked and appropriately sized/protected). We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Once the returned item is received, please allow us 7 to 14 business days for the item to be verified and processed by our returns department. The original price of the item(s) plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment.
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size and/or product(s), please contact email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order and return it together with your order to the address above.
ANDREA SZANTO will be in contact with you within 48 hours of receipt (excepting weekends and public holidays) of your returned order. Shipping costs to send back or receive are charged to the customer. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
